Order Placed
Your order is confirmed and sent to our print partner. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Production
Your piece is printed and assembled to order. This takes 3–5 business days. No shortcuts, no compromise.

Quality Check
Every item is inspected before packaging. If it doesn't meet our standard, it gets reprinted.

Shipped
Your order is dispatched and you receive a tracking number via email. Track your parcel in real time.
05
Delivered
Your piece arrives. Wear it. If anything is wrong, contact us within 7 days — we'll fix it.

Returns & Issues
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost. No questions asked.
